Join us for SCS Rocks! This is an employee appreciation event celebrating you, your hard work and the end of another successful school year. All SCS employees and their families or a plus one are invited.
Rock out on the event and stage lawn at Shelby Farms Park, where we'll have fun, food and festivities for adults and kids of all ages. You can enjoy some of Memphis's best food trucks and tons of activities, including canoeing, kayaking, biking, game shows and contests, bounce houses, rock climbing walls, carnival games, face painting, live entertainment, and so much more!

FAQs
Are all SCS employees invited to the event?
Yes. This event is meant to celebrate all SCS employees, including school-based, Central Office and offsite employees.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes. Employees are encouraged to bring their spouses and children or a plus one.
Registration has closed. Can I still attend the event?
Once registration has closed, we'd be unable to RSVP for your attendance.
What does my admission include?
Your admission includes free access to all activites as well as $5 per attendee for the available food trucks. Any food costs beyond $5 will be paid for by the attendee.
When will food be served?
The food trucks will be available for the duration of the event, from 10am-4pm.
What should I wear?
Please dress comfortably to enjoy all of the activities provided. All activites are outside, so please dress accordingly.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Yes, all attendees are required to show their SCS employee badge for entry.
Will there be shaded areas or places to sit?
There will be tents with limited seating. We encourage you to bring lawn chairs and blankets/beach towels to use on the lawn.
What if it rains?
The event will take place rain or shine!
